Group Classes
All classes feature Vinyasa Yoga, a flowing asana practice that engages body and mind in gentle strengthening sequences. Classes are carefully designed to offer a progression of poses that focus the attention, warm the body, engage the muscles, stretch the tissue, and restore the spirit. Unless otherwise noted, all sessions are one hour. Please contact us in advance if you are new to yoga, are returning after an injury, or would like more guidance.
